We at Bodeca Design love older spaces and truly believe that every space has a story to tell. Whether through conservation & restoration or through adaptive reuse, we believe that giving older spaces a new lease of life is the most sustainable thing to do! We are open to undertaking conservation, restoration, & adaptive reuse projects of different scales and bringing them back to life.
Interior Styling
We also take up styling spaces done by other interior designers as well as styling spaces for product shoots.
Architechtural Design of Small Bungalows
From conceptualising the architechutral design of small bungalows, to execution and handover of the same, we do it all.
OUR PROCESS
Step 1
First meeting with the client to understand the client, their space and their needs vs wants. Typically we meet at site.
Step 2
A design board containing the proposed design scheme based on the first meeting. Signing of the detailed design contract is done at this stage. A tentative outline of the scope of work and a tentative timeline of the project is given at this step.
Step 3
A detailed interior design walkthrough at the site for measure drawings, and pre-project photos.
Step 4
A detailed design proposal is presented to the client with a 1:1 scale taped walkthrough. This gives the client greater clarity on how the space has been planned.
Step 5
Weekly walkthroughs both with the client and without are conducted to ensure quality and time management. Weekly progress photos are documented during this time
Step 6
The final countdown - This includes giving finishing touches including soft furnishings and artwork, as well as final photos are taken.
Step 7
The Handover - The final step in the design process where we handover our client’s dream spaces back to them.
